Flat Ginger and Flat Super Aron have been spotted in the "Wolverine State!"
Gabby and Aron were super excited to receive the first round of photos from our flat travelers' first host family! We scrolled through them eagerly and the children were giggling the entire time. The pictures made this adventure
real to them. We've talked about it and we've
already hosted our first traveler, but for them to see their own creations living it up made sealed the fun deal for them!
So what did our flat pals do while up north?
 |
| They watched a parade at a campground(see them down near the tree?!) |
 |
| They caught baby frogs! |
 |
| They celebrated Independence Day in style :) |
 |
| They went camping in their very own flat traveler sized tent! |
 |
| Aren't those sleeping bags just the cutest things??? |
 |
| They visited a new church |
I'm so glad that we are participating in this group exchange and we can't wait to see what our travelers get to see and do next!
Keep a lookout for details on how the traveler we are currently hosting enjoys his stay with us!
If you are interested in making your own traveler,
this post has information on how to get started!
Thanks for the info; I've been wanting to do something like this with my kids!
ReplyDeleteI love your new blog design!
Blessings!
Thank you! :) This has definitely been fun for us! My kids are always chattering about what we can do with our next visitor!
DeleteSo cute- I have to say, I just love your blog! I especially love your "weird" one, and your "skirts, mostly" one! So exciting to find a girl so like-minded and fearless in sharing her walk with the Lord! Way to go, bringing glory to God :)!!!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much! I don't know if I'd call myself "fearless," but I do hope that sharing my life will show Him through me!
